Good morning . I purchased a product from an online store. The online store sent me a tracking number for my parcel AM084897505CN. On November 28, 2023, the tracking parcel was already received successfully, but no parcel was delivered to me and I did not receive it, I do not have the parcel. I indicated my address when ordering : Lindeveien 5 , Lyngdal 4580 , Solsiden Lyngdal , room C2106 ; Novykov Volodymyr , tel.: +380505956769, Email: [email protected] . I myself contacted the post office of the Norwegian Post in Lyngdal 4580 with the tracking number. They declare that there is no such package. Find my parcel please! It was delivered incorrectly. on 13th/April 2020, I received a message saying the parcel will be delivered on that day. However, I was not at home to receive on the day and there is no note/letter advising on collection procedures. Until today, I still do not have any news on where is the parcel and how to receive it/ collect it myself. Would you please check into this and advice on what should I do next? Thank you!
