Parcel tracking and delivery issue

Parcel tracking number: CNSGS0013667304.
on 13th/April 2020, I received a message saying the parcel will be delivered on that day. However, I was not at home to receive on the day and there is no note/letter advising on collection procedures. Until today, I still do not have any news on where is the parcel and how to receive it/ collect it myself. Would you please check into this and advice on what should I do next? Thank you!

My parcel from China Post with tracking number AS750081943CN
Says successfully delivered. I was home all day and it did not arrive! How do I find out where it went? Canada Post is responsible for delivering packages in Canada and knew nothing about it. Also, it took 29 days in transit, and took from March 27th as " out for delivery" at 5:16 pm to " successfully delivered" on March 30th at 2:38 pm. Long time to be out for delivery in a 3 block radius.... and it never arrived here, so where is it?
