Parcel Stuck in customs - who can I talk to fix

Hello,
My parcel EK907418839GB - seems to be stuck at customs, I am sending to China for first time, and I am first time returning an international item, can you please let me know who I can contact and how I can fix this issue please. I am really overwhelmed with this issue and paid too much for this parcel, please help :(
I also tried to call you from +861011185 and +861011183, but cannot reach, - it says his pone number can not be reached atm.

Daisy, I shipped this parcel with parcel force, and I can see that current status is held by customes, wrong paperwork. Parcel is already in China with customs, and as I have asked before, held by customs due to paperwork. Parcelforce advised me to check with you but no luck to reach you by phone.
It should be in transit to China now and there will be update after it arrives in China. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the courier Parcelforce to reflect the problem and check it for you in time.
