I didn't receive my package

This package didn't arrive. I'd like proof of delivery. A picture and description of where it was delivered. I live in a high rise and all packages are delivered either to a locker or the mailroom and I've checked with both. Nothing! They say they never received it.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to the courier to investigate where it was delivered and who signed for it. The seller could provide you with the prroff and picture. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
