My Paket has not been delivered/ it is not at my new or old address

I contacted you earlier that my address was wrong (it changed my address when I went from the ad to the store back to my old address and I didn't notice at first) I got an email from you that you changed the Address, but I haven't got any Paket or notice for a Paket.
I also filled out a Nachsendeantrag (a form to fill out at the German post to make them send you a Paket if you moved) that also seem to not work. I can't see any information here where the Paket was delivered to where is it ?

tracking number AG125249701CN says it was delivered to processing place in my town but theres only canada post and they dont have it, it says it was dropped off there on a saturday and they dont get mail on weekends. i dont know where to find it
