If you don't receive the laptop, it may be a scam. Try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
Last year I was living in China and I had a laptop sent from Australia to myself in China. Because of Covid19 there has been a long delay in getting the laptop to it's destination. The laptop was released from customs yesterday and delivered, but I am no longer in China. I have already returned to Australia. Can I use China post now to send that laptop back to me in Australia?
