I have been sent a parcel by a seller Tracking Number AS133608777CN

It was not sent through Australia Post, I have been trying to find out what carrier was used in Australia as the Item has not been delivered. The tracking advise says its been delivered. I need to be able check the number through the carrier there is no record of the carrier.

Hi dca90717,

According to the tracking information, AS133608777CN was delivered on Dec.4. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
