I have been waiting on my package for 30 days now . It said that it is in my zip

I have been doing everything to receive my package ,with still no results. On the 16th of December I received a message from Canadian Postal that my package was with them. However, tried to get more information from them and they have no tracking number that works .
Please do your best to try to deliver my package. I have never ran into anything like this before. I spent a lot of money and NO product.
