Hi Daisy I have asked New Zealand Post but they can't do anything because it hasn't been handed over to them and they suggested asking you to find out.

It arrived in Lithuania on July 9 and is in transit to UK now. As it's sent by train, it's slow. Please wait for more days to get update.

I ordered in usa and normally it is in 7 days in the Netherlands
Now my package is going to Japan and China and I wait since 17 oktober
My package departed 20-10-2020 from China and still got nothing
How long must I wait ?
I need the products in my shop and don’t want to wait months
