I placed an order––Order No. 00003700 on July 5th. It says it was delivered on July 14, but I never received my shipment. Please advise as I paid $49.97 for my order.

I have a problem with a shipment that, according to the shipment information, should have been delivered to me on October 15, 2021. To this day I have not received this shipment. It can be assumed that the shipment is at the customs office. But until today I have not received any notification and therefore I do not know where and at which customs office the package was delivered.
