I have not received a parcel

Dear Sirs
I have mote received a parcel no RC607707007SG - despite of your website showing otherwise. I would like to know where is my delivery, as I have NOT received it.
Can I see who picked the parcel up? and which address it was delivered to?

Hi Anita,

There is no tracking information for it. If you don't receive it, you need to contact Singapore Post or the sender to reflect the problem and check it for you.
