I have not received information about my package and now it is being sent back

Hi!
I ordered a package that was sent through you to Denmark. Tracking number: 3A5V537148728
When it arrived to Denmark it was handed over to a company called PostNord, and they are now sending the package back. They did not give me any information until Friday, Nov 6th on where I could pick up the package. They said that it came on Oct 16th and that I had 14 days to pick it up. But I didn't receive this information until after the 14 days were over, and now they are sending it back. Can you help me get my package?
And in the future is it possible to avoid making business with PostNord when sending packages to Scandinavia? There are so many cases where they don't deliver people packages and a lot of people have had their packages stolen through them. In Denmark, I instead suggest: GLS, DAO365 or Bring.

It's sent by CNE express by the seller. The next time, you should let the seller avoid using this express. It was returned back to the seller and the seller should get it recently. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
