I have not received my parcel the tracking number is AS019428269CN , it says its delivered but haven't got anything. its from china post but theres no number to contact. where do i pick up my parcel in Sydney or a contact number to know where my parcel is at. please get back to me.thnx

I HAVE DONE A TRACK AND TRACE ON MY PARCEL LO828288561CN WHICH SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY VILLAGE ON 9TH MAY 2020 BUT WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED - THIS WAS MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND WE ARE IN ISOLATION AND HAVE RECEIVED NO PACKAGE - THIS IS VERY EXPENSIVE TREAT FOR MYSELF AS I AM A PENSIONER AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED TOO AS NEITHER MYSELF OR WIFE HAVE SIGNED FOR THIS - PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM NOT REALLY COMPUTER LITERATE -
