I have this tracking number LP884230355CN and I can’t find where my product is. I bought it on 10th of August and I received an email from the seller that the product shipped via CN_EMS. I put the tracking number and I don’t find it. Do you know what’s going on? Thank you

Hi Panos,

There is no tracking information for it at present. Possible reasons:
1. The sender just gave you a tracking number but hasn't shipped it.
2. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
3. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.

You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
