Sorry, order number is the number of the seller's platform. You need to ask for the right tracking number of the package to check its status.

Order stuck in transit for over a month with no update (1 reply)

Hi, my Aliexpress order (RE190783448CN) has been stuck in transit since March 24th. The global order tracking says that the airline departed from the original country (China) on March 24th but I have received no updates since then. The estimated date of delivery was supposed to be before April 15th and I placed my order on February 14th. Is there any way to find out where my package is located, or if it got lost?
