I haven't recieved my package, the tracking says delivered on december 8

Good Morning
I want to know where my shipment is, It was supposed to be delivered at my office but we were closed on december 8 cause here in Italy is a festivity and it is impossible that couriers were working.
I want to know wich courier handled it like this I can talk to them
