If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller as soon as possible.

Above is my tracking number. I made my order on September 28, 2020 and the last update is on September 30, 2020 saying my package is “Outbound Flight Departed” from Shanghai, China. I was wondering why my tracking stops there and if there’s any updates? I need my package by October 26, 2020 and it said when I ordered it’ll take 20 days but I feel like at this rate it won’t get here till after and my package is going to be useless after that date. Thanks for yo help!
