I need help with finding where my package is. It's an electric bike. Where?

My package is not being delivered yet. And the tracking info says it is out for delivery in the USA on May 9th. It never got an American tracking number with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Can you please AT658052192CN

Hi Hp92788,

This package is not normal. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller could open a case to China Post to check wha happens to it. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
