Hello there. I ordered an anniversary present for my partner on the 15th January and it still hasn't arrived nearly 2 months later. Can anybody let me know the status of my order please? The tracking number is LZ655062292CN. The latest update was on the 6th March and it says it's at the transit station, but I don't know what this means as to the whereabouts of my package and how much longer it will take to get here. My partner was really looking forward to the gift and now she's worried it won't arrive. Thank you for your help

I need to know the number given to parcel UT382488427CN after handing to your partner in Brazil. I know my package cannot be tracked anymore, that's fine, but I still need the new number.
Example: when YANWEN hand over UC534235967YP to Brazil's courier, a new number was generated: UY049654330CZ. Without this new number, my parcel will be sent back.
I need China Post to send me the new number for parcel UT382488427CN. If not, the package WILL BE SENT BACK.
