It's stuck at the processing center of Dol pri Ljubljani or lost there. As it has been over a month, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.

I sent a parcel to india on july 11th 2021 from xiamen DongdU post office TRACKING#CP225836965CN, still now ( till 19/01/2022) i haven't received the parcel, and from 28th july the tracking shows the parcel in HK, I been to post office many times to inquire about this parcel, but they says they dont have any idea about the parcel.
