my shipment from the 12th without update! it was delivered to the carrier. please work and update the shipments, useless! I will take action with the authorities.

I would like to inquire about the status of my two shipments with tracking numbers:

LM132198320CN
Both shipments currently show the same tracking update: “Handed over to the carrier for transportation – Guangzhou 51040033.”
Could you please clarify what this status means exactly? I would also like to know the estimated time for the shipments to arrive in Saudi Arabia.
