I was looking at the tracking information for my order ( RV509721352CN ) and it said 3 times that there was an issue with customs authorities and was returned to dispatch 3 different times! Ordered on October 21st. I need this in time for Christmas. Why is it being stopped at customs authorities?

It didn't pass the check and was returned back on April 17. It was delivered to you again now. You need to track it in the following days to see if it's normal. If it's returned back again or you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution.
