Dear Sir/Mam,
I have ordered a shipment from China, which is en-route to India. According to the tracking, the last one was "Beijing - Handed Over To Airline Transport" on 21/09/2020 at 13:14 pm. It has been one week since this particular update. I understand that there will be no update until my parcel lands in India. I want know, has it left China ? It would be great if you could kindly let me know if my parcel has departed from China or not. Thank you so much and I hope to hear from you soon. The tracking number is - EV933909495CN
