Inquiry regarding delivery time period

Hello, My package is in transit since last 11 days and i need it urgent as it contains some of my original academic documents which i would have to submit on 28th of this month at Italy Embassy Beijing. It's been 11 days and they even haven't been handed over to China post. I would be glad if someone help me out with this. I'm so worried whether I'll be able to submit them on time or not.
