The tracking company requests an invoice to withdraw the package. How can I provide this invoice to them?
My track number is CC019152776ES

Hi Carina Verdasco,

You need to provide the invoice to the receiver in China and let the receiver submit it to the customs. You couldn't submit it from abroad.
