Is it commun that a package from Italia to Chile stop in China?

Hi,
I have a package that delayed for 30 days now and its from Italia destination Chile, but its stop in Beiging and Zhengzhou where its stock there since Sept 5th, famous message Handed over to Airlines! thanks!

Hi Claude,

This tracking number could only be tracked from Italy to China. You need to ask Poste Italiane to ask if there is another tracking number to track it after it left China.

Hi,
I'm traveling through Asia and I left my 2 luggages (aprox 20 kg each) in China. I'd like to send them to my home country (Chile). Is there a service that pick the luggages up in a specific address in China and send them to Chile? And by the cheapest way, how much would cost the whole service?
