is my package delayed due to coronavirus?

hey daisy, my package number is LO929502312CN
it's almost 3 weeks since being sent to Indonesia. Is there any problem regarding my package?

Yes, it's delayed due to the coronavirus. In normal, it should be delivered now, but it's still stuck in China now. You can only wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

It was delivered to air transport on April 12 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see.
