Hi bvfph,

It was delivered to air transport on April 5 and takes about 7-15 days for it to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.

Hi, it has been 65 days that my parcel CP430460766CN hasn’t left China it is stuck on departure from regional sorting centre in Shanghai (some tracking says it’s not even at the sorting center) for this whole time. Hi. Can you please let me know why my package has not arrived Guangzhou Exchange Station and been delivered to air transport? I’ve ordered many times and used EMS as a shipping method. Usually it takes a day Guangzhou International to arrive at Guangzhou Exchange Station and it’s usually delivered to air transport the same day? So what is going on please and why hasn’t it been delivered to air transport for 13 days? This is why it hasn’t arrived in the UK isn’t it? Please help me. I need the parcel urgently
