Is this a real tracking number?

Hi,
Placed order March 24, 2020. They gave me tracking number LO980699985CN. It was moving but nothing now since April 19, 2020. Is this a real tracking number? I can wait because of the world situation, but I want to know it’s really on the way. Thank you very much,

It's a real tracking number. It's still stuck at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
