Hi I have just checked tracking and it says delivered(11 days) can you please explain as we have had no delivery or had any contact to say they have tried to deliver

Hi Concerned,

Royal Mail is in charge of delivering it to you. You'd better contact Royal Mail as soon as possible to check it.

My order wasn't delivered at all. We've got 24/7 camera surveillance, so I looked a few days before til a few days after the supposed delivery date and time that I found in the tracking info. Not a single unknown car entered our street those days.
Asked everyone in the neighborhood and it also hasn't been delivered somewhere else. Where is my order? Can you help me? In the FAQ I've seen that I need to contact the courier that supposedly delivered the package, but I have no idea whoch conpany would have done it as I can't find it in the tracking records and I've never received a mail from a courier, which normally I always do get.
