Item held at inward office of exchange for 2 weeks

Hello,
My package (Tracking# CH247744713US) has been "held at inward office of exchange" since January 30th despite it saying it has Cleared Customs. Why has it not been delivered to its final desitnation?

The package still hasn't been delivered. It cleared customs almost a month ago and is in the province where it is being delivered. When will the package be delivered?

You'd better contact the receiver in China to call China Post service number 11185 to further check it. Also, contact USPS to check if it could be tracked to the end.

It's in transit to the destination now. It should be delayed due to the Spring Festival. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
