Parcel LX047758589CN is stuck on the status "Item Held at Office of Exchange" for around a week.
Is there any problem with it? Why is it held?
It is the first time this status ever appeared in tracking.

I am sending a package from Belgium to China as a product of a dispute and now the package status is "Shenzhen, sent to import customs", how long takes that this reach the receiver (seller)? Do the receiver needs to do something to get the package delivered?

Hi I have 2 packages stuck I Wuhan, Office of Exchange, since the 17th of October…. Why isn’t it moving at all? Seller says not to worry, to be patient. I would be patient if it was moving from same location… China. These are the tracking numbers:
