Three parcels are stuck


From the tracking code(CP230287395CN,CP418547963CN,CP230287400CN), all of my three parcels are stuck in transit to Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station and they have been sitting in Shanghai for almost two months. No update nor change since then. I know COVID is messing with things, but it's been two months. Could you please let me know if there is a problem with the parcel shipment? Are they in Shanghai waiting for vessel ?

Hi jennyxfyh,

They are sent by cheap ways. So, China Post may don't provide tracking information for it after they leave some stations in China. If you couldn't receive them in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
