Three parcels(same order) stuck at Guangzhou Exchange Bureau

This is a first for me and I must admit I am very disappointed, can anyone please tell me why my three parcels are stuck at Guangzhou Exchange Bureau since the 9th of November?? I have never had such problems before. my tracking numbers are

Hi Magdel,

They are not stuck at Guangzhou Exchange Bureau. The last update shows on Nov. 9 they have been exported directly from Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou. That means they left China on Nov. 9 and in transit to South Africa since then. It usually takes about a month for a package from China to South Africa. I think there will be further update in tracking system to show it arrives in South Africa around Dec. 3. You'd better wait patiently. I'll inform you here once there is further update.

These two packages have been in Exchange Bureau Johannesburg, South Africa since Dec. 9. South Africa Post is processing them. You can call South Africa Post to ask when they will deliver them to you.

Thank you I appreciate it a lot, may I ask upto how long can it still take for the third parcel to arrive in SA?, I got hold of the two already arrived, just worried about the third, and how it got separated from the other two, if you please care to explain to the novice I am.

Can you please advice me on where are my third parcel? RG298302034CN, since the other two: RG298302048CN and
RG298302119CN are already in SA and it was posted together from China and left China together on the 9th of November???

Hi Magdel,

The third parcel is still in transit to your country. They may not on the same flight with the other two.

Hi,
Can you give me some info about whats happening in Guangzhou. I have several registered parcels with almost a month without any status change. Last status shows Guangzhou international for all of them, and every newer order that goes to Guangzhou also get stuck at same point. It's not only my parcels, we have here (Serbia) a big forum with topic dedicated to tracking parcels and as far as we can see every parcel in more than a month didn't move past Guangzhou international check point. Basically appears to packets get piled indefinitely there. Lot of people are reserved now and thinking to stop making any new purchase.

Registered parcels stuck for 2 months (3 replies)

Hello.
What is currently going on with your post? I have several parcels stuck at Shenzen / Guangzhou. My registered parcels have been stuck for 2 months. I also have some Ordinary mail parcels that have also not arrived, but their last tracking shows going through Shenzen.
Other parcels that went through different region, have already arrived, despite ordering much later.
Talking to others, they also have same issue with parcels who went to Guangzhou and not arriving.
