The following parcels say "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open" for a long time.
Please explain?

Hi davegila,

Tracking number consisting of 11 numbers only belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It couldn't be tracked especially when it leaves China as it's not registered.

You can only wait. No one could track them. They usually takes two months to reach. If you couldn't receive within three months, they may be lost on the way.
