Hi there.
My parcels have not moved for a long time now. Any ideas? Really need them and hoped one of them would have arrived by now.

Hi Mike,

They have left China and are in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when they are in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-50 days to reach and there will be further update when they arrive. Please wait for more days to see.
