Item shows delivered but can't find it anywhere

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to you regarding my shipment with the tracking number LL005010820884EX.
Although the tracking status shows the package as delivered, I have not yet received the parcel.
I kindly request the Proof of Delivery (POD), ideally including the recipient's signature or a precise indication of the delivery location/person who accepted it.

We could only provide you with the tracking information. It's shipped by Linlong Logisitcs (琳龙物流). Tracking information shows it was delivered on Jan. 26. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.
