I have had an item stuck in Shenzhen's customs office since November 12th that I sent back to a seller in China. I am now being refused my refund from ebay. What can I do to allow for my package to be released and sent to the seller. The tracking number is LH153868881US sent from USPS

Hello I need some help with a parcel which I sent to China. I was returning a jacket which I brought from the Darello website to their company in Shenzhen in China. I sent it through Royal Mail UK on the 08th January 2025. It arrived at Shenzhen customs on the 16th January 2025 and has been stuck in customs ever since. It says on the China Postal Express & Logistics tracking website that it is "in transit in Shenzhen, Dutiable item, Waiting for payment." I don't understand what I have to do or who to contact. Can anyone help me. Thank you
