Items handed over?

hi my package has had no update for a while now and only says (logistics order has been created) does this mean the item has not been handed over to be sent out yet?

It means the item hasn't sent out yet. You'd better contact the seller to let him send in time if you are urgent. This situation may also happen to those packages couldn't be tracked.
