Could you help me to clarify the situation?
My parcel (LZ189734201CN) has a "Export Swap Bureau" status, but it doesn't change, is it OK or should I contact the seller to help me carry this situation out?

Hi Alex,

It's retained at Tianjin Export Swap Bureau now. You'd better wait for another week to see if it will be released. If no, contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution.
