It's been 2 weeks and still no tracking information?

I got an update that my package shipped 2 weeks ago and I still haven't gotten any tracking information. The FAQ's say that I should get tracking info after 2-3 days. When will I be able to get an ETA on when this will be here? I want to be home to receive it.
