I ordered a ceramic flat iron a month ago and it has not arrived it has been in shanghai for a month. When will it be arriving? The tracking number is LS264998797CN

Hi arleen,

Most of the packages sent to the US are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to US which makes it delayed. You'd better wait for another 10-20 days to see if there is any update. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution.
