My package hasn't been delivered yet

My package has been in Italy for over a week by now, but it hasn't been delivered yet. What is the problem? I've been waiting for it for a month, when is it finally coming?

Hi Taramasalata,

It should be delayed in Italy due to some reason. As it's shipped by Shun Feng Express, you need to contact the seller to check it for you through contacting Shun Feng Express in China.
