It’s said delivered but I haven’t received it.

It’s been over 2months now that I’ve order something from you guys and it said delivered but when I went to retrieve it nothing was there. I would like a refund. I’m not going to be going door to door knocking at my neighbors because I live in an apartment complex. I would just like a refund so I can move on.
