Ive not received my parcel

Hi i brought some trainers on the 2 july from a company called hanman. I was sent the tracking no
SYGB014460545 but i have not received the parcel , the company is unreachable ,I also paid for insurance but I believe I have been conned can you please confirm whether there is a parcel waiting to be sent or have I lost out on my money

Hello, please help me I sent a parcel from the United Kingdom Tracking Number: RU744750072GB and when I track it on China Post it says it has been delivered, however the person the parcel is for tells me they have not received it
