Hi Alexa,

If it's delayed, you need to requier the seller open a case to China Post to check the reason for you.

I checked the tracking number for a package of mine and it shows that it's Postponed. What does this mean? There no detailed updates on the shipping company's website.

Yanwen package delivery postponed (1 reply)

hello, I've been waiting a package shipped with Yanwen not for a long time, hadn't had any issues with the tracking until a warning saying "Your package delivery is postponed. Please visit the carrier's website for more info" popped up. I've had other packages shipped with yanwen before but this is the first time I see this, is it something I should be worried about or is it normal?? Didn't find anything related in the website. The current status is "In transit to sorting center", the tracking number is UK210183839YP.
