Hi, there is no more updates for my parcel LA009805408HK

Does it mean that the package was delivered to the address ?? If not, how can I contact China customs so they can locate my package ?

It's not delivered. The recipient didn't submit declaration materials to customs, so it's on the way back to Hong Kong.
