Hi there I had ordered a item from aliexpress on the 23 of February 2020 and yet not received it my last update on the tracking sites shows held at shenzhen coustoms. Is it possible to check where is my order exactly. Tracking number:RV349526033CN.

According to the latest tracking information, it will be returned back to the seller but it's still stuck at the csutom of Shenzhen now. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
