24/05/2023 I did send back the faulty item to the Seller located in China. I did contact with the Seller and I told them, that they need to call of that phone number: 0755-26755971, but the Seller ignores me. I know, that this package is held by Shenzhen International Customs Broker. I was trying to find any details about Shenzhen Customs via internet, buy without luck. I also know that in China exist few Customs Brokers. Can you please give me any details about "Shenzhen International Customs Broker" such as full adress. I need to contact them. The phone number is not working. Thank you.

Hello, the receiver of the package is not cooperating, they don't want to do what is requested of Customs. I just want to know how can I contact customs to request the package be returned to me.
