LP002150541CN stuck in same location for 20 days, is there a problem?

LP002150541CN tracking number created 15 January.
18 January the parcel has been collected by an agent.
Up to today, 6 February, the status remains the same.
Just wondering is there any problem? Usually e-packet goes quite fast, never been stuck so long.

You'd better contact the seller to help you further check it. It seems to be lost after China Post received it.
